Turning your ideas into impact
Strategic operations to help your business figure out what’s next.
We make the way your business works, work better. Every business has its own way of working. Our goal is to meet you where you are and then help you optimize the processes, systems, and tools to create better results.
Where we built our careers
Who we’ve worked with
Sound familiar?
The work is great. Getting it done shouldn’t be this hard.
From the inside, it’s almost impossible to see. That’s where an outside perspective can make all the difference.
-
Projects stall in the same place, over and over.
-
Collaboration is hard. People are quietly working around each other.
-
You want to build something new, but don’t know where to start.
-
How the work gets done needs to evolve.
-
As project economics shift, performance is more important.
- Sound like you? Let’s talk about what’s next
How we work
We build the map, then you take the wheel.
- 1
Listen
We talk to your team to understand what’s going on.
- 2
Map
We pull together themes, spot the patterns, and show you what to fix first.
- 3
Fix
We partner with your people to build the process, roles, tools, and culture with them.
- 4
Go
We coach while you practice, riding shotgun until you don’t need us.
About us
Why ModOps?
We created ModOps to focus on the work we’ve always loved: solving complex problems and making the way work gets done better.
Long before ModOps, we worked side by side at frog and Dell, learning how to connect the dots between people, process, technology, and business goals. We learned to translate between designers, engineers, and executives, bringing different perspectives together to solve problems and get meaningful work done.
That partnership is still at the heart of how we work today. We agree on the details that matter, like how to treat people and what great work looks like. But we also see problems differently and bring different strengths to solve them.
That’s where the magic happens. Two perspectives, one shared goal, and a genuine commitment to leaving your business better than we found it.

What set Regina and Carrie apart was how human they made it feel, and how deftly they moved between big-picture strategy and the messy, practical work.

All posts- Planning for What’s Next Annual planning can feel a little like Jenga. There are a lot of moving pieces, and changing one can affect several others.
- From Ideas to Impact You’ve polished the pitch. But there’s another part of the conversation that deserves just as much attention, and it begins as the presentation ends.
- Turning Operational Improvements into Measurable Results Achieving lasting results starts with defining and measuring what matters.
