Privacy policy

We’re a two-person consulting firm, not a data company. We collect very little, we never sell it, and we only use it to work with you. Here’s the whole story.

What we collect

When you fill out our contact form: your name, your email, your company if you add it, and whatever you tell us.
When you book a call: the details you enter on our booking page, like your name, email, and the time you pick.
When you email us: whatever you send.
When you join our mailing list: your email address.
When you visit this site: simple visit counts, like which pages get read, what kind of device people use, and which country they’re in. These numbers are anonymous. They don’t use cookies and don’t follow you around the internet.

How we use it

To reply to you, set up calls, and do the work you hire us for.
To send our newsletter, if you asked for it. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
To see which pages are useful, so we can make the site better.

That’s it. We don’t sell, rent, or trade your information. Ever.

Who else sees it

We use a few trusted services to run our business. Each one has its own privacy policy, and we only share what they need to do their job.

Formspree delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
Microsoft runs our email and our booking page.
Mailchimp sends our newsletter.
Cloudflare hosts this website, keeps it secure, and counts visits. Like any web host, it sees basic technical details, such as your IP address, to deliver pages and block attacks.

If you click over to LinkedIn or another site, their privacy policy applies there.

Cookies

This site doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. Our booking page and newsletter signup live on Microsoft’s and Mailchimp’s sites, so their cookie policies apply there.

How long we keep it

We keep messages and client records as long as we need them to work with you and to meet our legal and tax obligations. If you want us to delete your information sooner, let us know.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to fix it, or ask us to delete it. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time. Email [email protected] and we’ll take care of it.

Kids

This site is for businesses. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
